Brimhall Industrial recently updated its website, giving it a new look and feel. The new features are the first to be released in a series of planned updates that are expected to be released every quarter. Changes to the website include a new company logo, improved color coordination to facilitate reading, and more content describing how Brimhall Industrial can add value to its customers’ organizations and operations. Another new feature is a Careers section that will allow talented people interested in a career at Brimhall Industrial to submit their resumes.
“We revised the site because we wanted to improve the user experience and also become more visible to potential customers. We don’t want to just fix our customers’ equipment; we want to be part of the solution to their problems, to be knowledge and solution providers and we feel that improving our website is part of that,” commented Michael Brimhall, Vice President of Operations. Beyond aesthetic considerations, the company also has plans to develop customer support and training features to incorporate into the website. “Our purpose is to help our customers be successful and there is so much more to it than simply repairing equipment. We want to provide our customers with tools and training that will help them improve their operations and increase their profitability and efficiency,” Michael said.
The website has already seen an increase in traffic and new visitors. Michael attributes this to the skills and knowledge of the company’s web consultant, Scott Brimhall. “Scott has extensive experience in web design and has really made this work. He has a very creative mind and was the driving force for a lot of the improvements we made, not to mention his amazing coding and design skills. We couldn’t have done it without him.”
When asked about the new logo, Michael commented that the “smoke stacks above the company name reflect a partnership between Brimhall Industrial and its industrial customers. The stacks are above the company name to symbolize that customers come first.” He also mentioned that the blue puff of smoke represents clean air, a reflection on the company’s values of responsibility and integrity. These ideas are at the heart of the company’s operations. The new website is sure to prove this out as more customers benefit from its new features. |
